Tjaša’s Beginner Pole Academy is a monthly program for beginner level pole students. You will learn the very fundamental moves and from there you will be progressing step by step.
In this program you get 16 pole tutorials and 8 follow-along pole classes. All classes will be available until August 29th so you can do them whenever you can. To participate in this program you will need access to pole.

This program is suitable for pole beginners who want to learn new tricks and combos on static and spinning pole.
As we all know, it is hard to learn new tricks and transitions on your own. It is much easier if you get an explanation and if you’re aware of the most common mistakes. If you have your own pole or access to a pole studio and would like to start training on your own, this is the right program for you.
When you purchase the program, you should go follow @tjasasbeginnerpoleacademy on Instagram. I will accept you in the closed group when I see your IG username in the email, so it is very important that you write the right username and that you follow me from the written profile and not any other account.
In the closed Instagram group you will get access to all tutorials and follow-along classes until August 29th.
Each follow-along training is 60 minutes long and it includes a good warm up and then learning and combining new tricks on the pole. If you have any questions about the tricks that I teach, you can send me a direct message.
