About my Pole Conditioning
Pole Conditioning Program is a workout program for intermediate level pole students. If your goal is to become stronger on the pole to be able to achieve new tricks, then this is the right program for you.
In this program you will get 8 follow-along trainings. Each class includes a good warmup without a pole with some stretching exercises included and then we continue with conditioning exercises on the pole. To be able to follow this program, you need access to a pole.
