About my Pole Conditioning

Pole Conditioning Program is a workout program for intermediate level pole students. If your goal is to become stronger on the pole to be able to achieve new tricks, then this is the right program for you.

In this program you will get 8 follow-along trainings. Each class includes a good warmup without a pole with some stretching exercises included and then we continue with conditioning exercises on the pole. To be able to follow this program, you need access to a pole.

Recommended Schedule

This is a recommended schedule, which gives you 2 or 3 days of rest in between the workouts. If you want to make your training routine more intense, you can do more workouts in one week and even repeat them. Feel free to create your own schedule that works best for you, but don’t forget to take some rest days and allow your body to recharge.

Instructions

When you purchase the program, you will get monthly access to all 8 follow-along trainings. Each workout is 30 minutes long. You can watch any video as many times as you like, whenever you want. You can also stop the video if needed, you can add a few extra repetitions or take another minute of rest in between the exercises, if you need to. You have 30 days to complete 8 workouts, so you have 2 classes per week. I like to have at least one day in between the workouts, but this is up to you – you can create your own timetable and workout whenever you like. You can also do the same workout more than once.

For every workout you will need access to a pole, a workout mat for the warmup and a glass/bottle of water to keep you hydrated. Most of the exercises will be done on static pole and only a few on spin. If you only have static mode, don’t worry, the spinning exercises can be easily adjusted for static pole.

My iguana deadlift is back!!!! 🙌 I remember the first class of conditioning when I was not able anymore to do that. Then yesterday after the last conditioning with you, I try again some times just to be sure that it was really back and here it is!
